- Mechanism for refunding amounts when canceling an order:

- If a cancellation is requested within 24 hours of creating the order, the amount will be refunded to the same payment method used by the customer and it takes from 2 to 14 working days.

- If the order is canceled after 24 hours of ordering, the amount will be refunded via PayPal only. The customer must have a PayPal account, and the store must be provided with the account name through customer service.

- If you choose international shipping outside Saudi Arabia via DHL, customs fees may be imposed on the shipment in the receiving country.
